FAQ's
What size should I order? TOP Shoes are listed in their UK equivalent sizes but they are in fact manufactured and labelled in European sizes. Whilst we have found this conversion to be quite accurate please be aware that shoe fit can differ by manufacturer and style.

Generally we recommend ordering your usual street size unless there is specific fit advice in the shoe listing. If you have narrower or wider feet or are at all unsure please ask for advice.
Do you do these in another size? TOP If you don't find your size in our store please check back later, we list 100's of shoes every week. I need a larger size than you have listed? TOP
Our standard range are only available up to a ladies size UK 8.5 Having said this, some styles to do in fact come up larger in size and so may suit size UK 9, please just ask for assistance with this.
Do you ship outside the UK and what does it cost? TOP
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide.
Shipping for UK and any other international order will be the same as 8 pounds for 1 pairs, 14 pounds for 2 pairs, 19 pounds for 3 pairs, 23 pounds for 4 pairs. When will I receive my order? TOP
Most orders will be received within 7-10 working days but should there be a stock delay we will email you and you may then opt to cancel the order or await delivery.
Custom shoes will be delivered in about 3 weeks.
If you require shoes urgently for an event please contact us and we are always happy to help where we can. Where are my shoes? TOP If after paying, you have not received your item within 8 working days please contact us and we will sort it out. A friend of mine ordered a shoe but I can't find it? TOP Styles do get retired from our standard range but please contact us as it may still possible to supply them to you.
Why have you taken payment before delivering my shoes? TOP
For your online security we do not collect or store any credit card information and so use third party payment processors Paypal.
With Paypal payment is collected at the time of order and we have no control over this.
*Custom made shoes will however be charged earlier as the order cannot be cancelled once manufacture has started.
Do you have a shop I can visit? TOP Sorry no we are an internet only business.
Do you accept exchange or refunds? TOP
We want you to enjoy your shoes! We reserve the right not to accept returns after this period or at our discretion charge a 10% restocking fee. Customer need to pay the shipping to ship the return back first, please remember to include contact information with return inside box, for better service.
If the return caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong shoes, we will be fully responsible for the mistakes, the return shipping will be reimbursed (Oiginal shipping in original payment is the maximum, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly). If the return not caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong shoes, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return.
During free gift promotions, any gift that has been shipped will also need to be returned with the order, otherwise the gift will be charged at the full retail price.
Please note: Custom designed shoes are made to individual order and so cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All our shoes are quality checked at both manufacture and again prior to dispatch. |
